Ceramic ball bearings
Experienced manufacturer of high performance bearings. Ceramic ball bearings offer superior corrosion resistance, greater dimensional stability, lower density and greater heat resistance. All this translates into a more efficient material for the bottom brackets.

Completely sealed
Every particle of dust or drop of water is a potential cause of noise or wear on the bearings. That's why all bottom brackets come with up to five O-rings to keep dust, water, mud and moisture out of the bottom bracket.

Axial seals
All bearings come with not one but TWO seals to protect against dust and moisture. This section is essential to ensure maximum life and performance of the bottom bracket.

7075-T6 aluminum
Aerospace quality and precision in one of the most durable woods. Furthermore, Bikone has developed a matte anodization that is particularly scratch-resistant, with a finish worthy of any art gallery.

T6 heat treatment
For most aluminum alloys: 6061, 6063 and 7075, the best heat treatment is T6. The T6 heat treatment ensures increased hardness and other mechanical properties, such as normalization of the grain structure. This ensures that all aluminum products function perfectly throughout their lifetime.
